Centre Athletic has an extensive evaluation process that allows us to create a specific and detailed program designed based on our client’s individual needs and goals. Everyone has different needs and has set different goals and as such, everyone should not use the same approach to achieve long-lasting health and fitness.
Centre Athletic offers a few different ways clients can go through the training process. Those looking to improve their health can choose from private one on one training or semi-private training where there are up to three people being trained at one time by one trainer. Private training is for those clients who prefer to have the full attention of one of our highly skilled trainers for the entire training session. Our semi-private is quickly growing to be our most popular way of training. A semi-private session offers participants the opportunity to train with other members at the same time however each participant will have their own individual program. Another benefit of training with other clients is semi-private fees are comparably much lower than conventional personal training rates.
