Small Group Fitness or as I refer to it “Team Training” has been steadily growing in popularity. Team training can be a great way to experience a really good workout, while also allowing you to work out alongside other members in a small group setting. Since members are working in a group with a trainer rather than one on one, we are able to lower the monetary barrier for entry for our training courses. The cost of getting into better shape becomes considerably more affordable. At Centre Athletic our small group classes, which is usually less than ten members to a class, still allows participants to get a quality training session supervised by a professional trainer where members can be carefully instructed in proper form and better techniques, in a fun and motivating environment.
