Our LIFT program is designed to build strength and build muscle, and again our methods have proven to be a hit with our members, they are getting the results they came for.  Centre Athletic has proven time and time again that their methods work.  Guided by our mantra of “Exercise Intelligence”, we formulate our workout plans to be as finely tuned to the individual as possible.  This ensures that each person who takes up our Strength Training Program gets a regimen that’s wholly unique to them.  When it comes to exercise, one size does not fit all.
